After spending over a decade in the containment industry, founder John Cook identified recurring project failures caused by poor communication, inadequate training, and timeline issues. He established Level Up Installation to prioritize execution and customer-focused service — and within three years, earned recognition on infrastructure projects with major clients including Meta and DTS.
